Let’s make perfect, non-sticky, sabudana khichadi,
Start by roasting some peanuts and blend them into a coarse powder.
Take 1 cup of sabudana, wash twice in water, add ½ cup of water and soak it for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Add coarse powder to soaked sabudana and give it a mix.
Heat some oil and add some cumin seeds.
Once they start cracking add chopped ginger and chopped green chili.
Sauté for about 30 seconds and then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the boiled potatoes and fry them.
Now add sabudana and peanut mixture to this and some salt, red chilli powder and mix it well
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes .
Now add the fried peanuts, finely chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix it your sabudana khichdi is ready
